Our Farm has been built in the '30s with bricks and stones gathered from the area around us.
It's located between Pienza and Monticchiello, just in the middle of the
Orcia Valley Artistic Natural and Cultural Park, which is an UNESCO heritage since 2004.
The Farm has been bought by the Mangiavacchi family in the 1965 and, day after day,
we have renovated it and we have improved the quality of the food we produce by introducing new
crops: cereals, olive oil, saffron, jams, spelled, chickpeas, barley, saffron beer and
flour made from ancients seeds. Every aspect of our job, from cropping to hosting, is managed
directly and only by The Family because we want to spread and share the traditions of our Family.
